Our selection of baked goods is constantly changing, and you will see something different each time you visit Shank's Bakery. We like to try new things, and hope you will enjoy the results of our experimentation!
We have compiled some of our frequent offerings into a menu/order form which is available in the bakery (soon to be available online). Feel free to refer to this menu and share it with friends who might be interested in knowing more about the bakery. Please keep in mind that all items may not be available at all times without an advance order.
Enjoy your favorite hot and cold drinks in the bakery or purchase coffee beans by the pound.
Our coffee beans are provided by Lexington Coffee Roasting Company. No brewed coffee or beans may be sold more than two weeks after roasting, so the coffee is always fresh. Fair Trade and Organic varieties are available.
