Shank's Bakery is now serving freshly baked breads, pies, cookies, muffins, pastries, and more!
The bakery also includes a coffee shop with brewed coffee and specialty hot and cold coffee drinks (espresso, capuccino, frozen mocha, etc.), fruit smoothies, assorted hot teas and chai. Drinks can be made with skim or soy milk upon request.
All baked goods are made from scratch on the premises, with no preservatives added. Sugar-free pies, and vegan breads and pies are also available.

* Mondays are the first baking day of the week, so many of our breads will not be available until late Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Thanks for understanding that we need a day off on Sunday, and please come in on Mondays to enjoy our coffee and pastries!!
